Grub Monkeys started in Manipal in 2017 as a food truck and a simple belief that good food could speak for itself. We served American-style grub the way we believed it should be done — burgers, wings, fries and shakes packed with flavour — and watched something unexpected begin to happen. People came back, brought their friends, and made Grub Monkeys their own. The food truck became a diner, the diner found its personality, and eventually that little idea from Manipal began finding its way into cities across Karnataka.
A lot has changed since those early days, but the reason we do it hasn't. Make food worth craving, create places people remember, and never lose the instinct that started it all. Manipal gave us our beginning. Everything since has been the journey.
